Tyler Blair got into real estate in 2013 to create a better life for his family and ended up building one of the fastest-growing teams in the country. He launched the Legacy Real Estate Team in 2016, and today it has grown into a 100+ agent powerhouse across Arizona, Utah, and Nebraska.
While the market declined in 2023 and 2024, Legacy surged forward, approaching 4,000 total homes sold, making the move to eXp Realty, and ranking among the top 20 teams nationwide the last two years. In 2025 alone, the team closed 805 homes, and they are already on pace for even more growth in 2026.
